I don't like pomade, forming cream, or grooming clay, but this is perfect for my hair type, which is rather dry. I use this more as a leave-in conditioner because I don't use a hair dryer. It's easy to use, sprays on and helps in the curling process as well. Will purchase again.This product, which I have been using for years, protects hair against heat stress and sprays on light with no oiliness or stickiness. Product arrived promptly and most importantly, leak-free.I'm curly and new to diffusing my hair, trying to prevent frizz. This works well to hydrate and protect hair when applying heat. I think it can also be used to detangle since it has lots of natural ingredients, but i have yet to try it in that way.Leaves hair soft and shinyThis stuff is really amazing, smells wonderful and you simply can't use too much of it! I have very thick hair and it really helps protect the ends, especially after lots and lots of hot blow drying and processing. It also helps make my hair shiny and smooth which is a nice added bonus! I would highly recommend using this after every wash if you are trying to let you hair recover from damage (my ends were particularly bad but I"m trying to let my hair grow out), if you have healthy hair but want protection I would use this every other wash to make it last longer.I like the patchouli-like scent. The product coats my hair without heaviness. It doesn't soften so much as it protects my over processed hair. If I forget to use it I notice more breakage.
