As a person with a gazillion allergies under the sun I spray this twice a day once in each nostril. I am a hypersensitive individual who has had a reaction to mangoes and rice if you can believe it. The good news for allergy sufferers like me is use this spray and feel the nasal passages clean and fresh. If I can use it trust me anyone can use it. Excellent product for me and does the job real well. Gentle enough for a baby and works very effectively as a saline spray. I am still alive after using it so buy this product. I slso use the nasal rinse which helps alleviate post nasal drip for me. I just wish the mist wasn't so expensive.. It also doesn't last long. Igo thru a bottle in a couple of weeks.. The completely flexible dispenser permits using just a small amount of the product. This is so because user can pinpoint precisely where to direct the spray. Most products have a "Blast Everything" nozzle, which can be medically unwise, and uneconomical.I was becoming a Nasacort addict when I found out that too much of this stuff can make your eye blurry...which it did! (temporarily though)Be careful when you squirt this in your nose...comes out like a small fire-hose....will definitely moisturize within seconds.The absolute best for getting rid of sinusitis. I've had doctors who don't have a clue what to do with sinus congestion. This is it, and it will save you tons of money using this product. This product I like better than some of the other saline solutions that seem to be more irritating to the inside of my nose. Great product.It's always nice when a product does what it says it will. With the change of season, my nose felt dry and irritated. This product moisturized and provided instant and lasting relief.
