It was easy to install.I love this shower head! The best is being able to turn off the second head, just using the eco-mode on the other when feeling like saving water. When you're not? Turn them both on to "normal" and enjoy. Or one on normal, one on massage. It looks great and the ability to raise and lower makes it easy to clean, easy to jump in and shower without getting your hair wet, if needed. Wish we would have gotten it sooner, as we just finished remodeling 3 baths and didn't get this shower head until the last one.I first used this shower head at a Sheraton hotel while visiting Hong Kong. I fell in love with it after the first drop of water, and couldn't wait to find and order the same one upon my return to AZ. I was glad to see it on Amazon, and for the best price I could find. I installed it myself and couldn't be happier.we like the design, but the gasket is not so reliable its leaking. we have a broken one.Grohe do have lifetime warranty, if you are diyer it might be ok to fix the problem in the future.Great quality product. work as it is.I'm 5'8" my husband is 6'5". We installed this a year ago and followed the instructions suggesting the height be based on the taller person. Love this, hands down perfect for us both. Nice directing the shower heads to the body and head, sometimes my husband sits on our teak bench and lowers the water directing the heads for that height. (heads to not pivot side to side). I recommend this and would buy it again.Works even better than the one we used in the hotel where we first used one. It's not a "water saver" and provides great coverage. A very good option for older bath enclosures that you don't want to renovate into a 5 or 6 nozzle system that hits you everywhere and relatively easy to install.Installed two of these shower heads in February at cost $129. They are causing leaking in our basement below the bathroom. Plumber took off the body sprays and capped. Turned on pressure and no problems.Here's the crusher - Amazon doesn't do defective parts replacement like Faucet Direct. Grohe as a "courtesy" (their words not mine) because Amazon doesn't handle the replacement on warranties will take back the parts test them and then issue a refund. Several problems - I have to have plumber take off the body sprays cap and come back if they issue warranty or return? Second the price has gone up $50 in 10 months.Do your self a favor and don't bother with these shower heads.
