This is one incredibly good blend. I've had sciatica my entire adult life -- it comes and goes (comes with a vengeance and takes its time leaving) -- But I can literally tell if I have set slightly 'off' and sciatica will blaze into action .... this homeopathic reduces that inflammation to help almost immediately. My sciatica will go literally all the way to the middle of my right foot -- trying to get my right leg to "hold" so I can even stand is major. This really helps. But it is a blend so it is safe to use day after day (you can't do that with a single remedy -- you will make more changes than you know you have made). I am super pleased with this remedy. PLEASE I would encourage anyone reading this -- if you have never used homeopathy before please educate yourself before you decide if a thing works or doesn't. it is not like a pharmaceutical that *forces* something to happen ... but it doesn't just push inflammation "away" it literally resolves it.I have been suffering with scoliosis, multilevel herniated discs since 2008. All of this led to sciatica in the L/leg and bursitis in the right hip. I had back surgery - laminectomy 2010 and the pain never stopped. have tried everything under the sun including years of physical therapy. expensive rubs, prescription meds, otc pain meds etc., I read the reviews on this product and felt it was not expensive so I had nothing to lose. Well, it's been a week since I started using this product and at first I didn't want to believe what I was feeling - relief!! I continued for the rest of the first day and was still not sure if I was just my wishful thinking again. I used it as recommended for the first 3 days - I have chronic pain. I can truly say that this has given me the most relief of all the other things I have tried. It works fast and I am now using it 3-4 times per day. I pray that this will continue to give me good results. I know it will not cure my condition but I will take the relief it offers. As I write this it is 2:30pm et and I used it at 9:30am and I'm just starting to feel a little stiffness creeping in. I'm not a big believer in homeopathic hooey , but I was willing to try it . So I was quite surprised that this helped and have been using this for several months now. I think i've built up a tolerance after using it for a while, so i'll have to cycle off for a while then I will continue to use it.I love this product, have used it for a couple years. Although the last order I received had a empty bottle included in it. It was sealed but nothing in it. Please advise what can be done to correct this issueIt's impossible to tell with pain and things like that, but I'm pretty sure this product works as described. My sciatica started 18 January, this year, and began to intensify by 5 February. It got to the point where I was getting two or three hours of sleep a night, as I only felt relief while walking around. The pain was so bad that if I could I would have cut off my own leg just to make it stop. I got this product on 19 February and after about a week I was able to sit down for extended periods with only mild pain. By day eleven the pain was almost completely gone. I have discontinued use of this product, still having some occasional, very mild discomfort.There's no way to know for certain whether the problem resolved itself as mysteriously as it appeared, but I'm pretty convinced that this product helped a great deal. I do recommend it.I love this product, it's price less, from the minute you feel the sciatica pain use the spray as recommended , the pain will stop. I have been in mild pain for a few months now. My right leg, under the buttock to mid thigh has been giving me problems. It feels like I am constantly under going shock therapy. I am giving the product 4 stars because it does relieve the pain, and I will say that the pain comes less frequently. I don't even need to use it everyday, like I would take a pill everyday. The only downside is the amount of alcohol is has in it (20%). Try it at home first, not while you are out and about; to see how it affects you. It doesn't make me drowsy but it does pack a punch.
